Strength and Speed Training
Brand new to the Muggeo Baseball and Softball Training Facility is our Strength and Speed Training Program. An athletes best piece of equipment is their own body! In order to maximize performance on the field athletes today need to be in top physical shape. Strength, speed, agility, power, and quickness are some of the areas that our coaches will help our athletes train and improve in. Weaknesses will soon become strengths! Programs are available to athletes of all sports. Training tools will include but not be limited to:

Parachute Sprints
Classic Weight Training
