Coaching Staff
Bob Muggeo
Bob has managed and coached at levels ranging from AAU baseball leagues through college level summer leagues. As a player/manager for the Bergen Cardinals his teams have won 9 Met League Championships. He is currently the Assistant Varsity and Pitching Coach at perennial powerhouse St. Joseph Regional High School in Montvale.
Tom McLaughlin
Tom is a 2003 graduate of Division I Fairleigh Dickinson University where he was a two time All-Conference infielder and a 2000 Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American. Specializing in swing and defensive mechanics Tom has shown that adjustments and increased confidence in the cages directly results in increased batting and fielding percentages out on the field.
Paul Urbanovich
Paul is a 2006 graduate of Rowan University where he was a first team NJAC All-Conference Team member as a catcher. You would be hard-pressed to find a better catching coach in the area than Paul. Blocking, throwing, setups, and overall control of the field are areas in which Paul excels at and projects on his players. Currently Paul is the Assistant Varsity Coach at Union City High School.
Anthony Mazzo
Anthony is a 2005 graduate of William Paterson University where he was a two time All NJAC performer as both a catcher and designated hitter. Mazz takes his experience as a dominating hitter and brings it into his lessons to teach his athletes the tricks to his trade. As a player who could hit for both power and average, Mazz will help get the best out of any athlete who he works with.
Matt Kougasian
Matt is a graduate of Hofstra University where he was a member of the Hofstra Pride baseball team for four years. Matt was recently promoted from the Junior Varsity Coaching position at St. Joseph's of Montvale to Head Coach at local Tenafly High School where he plans on continuing the winning tradition of the Tigers. Matt brings his knowledge as a switch hitter at the Division I level into his lessons where his focus is maximum output in each at bat for our athletes.
